Here, tranquility reigns supreme, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. You’ll find yourself just a short drive from the charming coastal villages of Mundesley and Bacton, where sandy beaches and soothing waves await. Experience the best of both worlds – peaceful countryside living within easy reach of coastal adventures and amenities. Unfortunately we do not provide EV charging, however there is a fast charger 2 miles away and chargers in nearby North Walsham where you will also find Sainsburys, Lidl and Waitrose.

Featuring bedrooms on both levels and the detached annex accommodating an additional 2 guests, this property is perfect for a larger family or two families, accommodating a total of 8 guests when both the main house and annex are booked together.

Meadow Barn Annexe is a stunning barn conversion in the grounds of the larger Meadow Barn. Situated in a rural location, under 3 miles from the blue flag beach villages of Mundesley and Bacton. All on one level, making this retreat the perfect place for fleeing Grandparents or kids during family holidays, or couples looking for a romantic coastal bolthole. The Annexe is completely separate from the main barn and private in its own right. It is available ONLY as an additional add on to bookings at the main house.
About Us
Hi, let us introduce ourselves, your hosts. We are Paul and Amanda. We live in the Leicestershire countryside with our kids, rescue dogs, 2 cats and even a parrot!
After enjoying our own family holidays in Norfolk for many years we decided to take the plunge and bought the barn to use as a 2nd home. We loved the building and the location though inside was somewhat tired and unloved. So we rolled up our sleeves and set about turning it into our dream holiday home from home where we can all come and even bring the grandparents.
We love our holidays here with extended family and friends. There is everything we need for a great holiday, plenty of room for us all and loads to do in the area. We hope you enjoy it here as much as we do.

Unfortunately the Annexe can only be booked as an add on to the main cottage.
The annexe is not available to be booked separately during peak season.
Yes, there is ample parking space provided for both the main barn and annexe. You can park conveniently at the front of the main barn or in the rear garden area between the annexe and the main house.
